Be certain you wish to submit your product for consideration to be carried in our Grocery facility at 5800 Keaton Crescent, Mississauga, ON (Eastern Region). Products in this facility are dry, chill or frozen grocery or household items sold by the case. If yes, fill out each section of the form below and click on Submit Form.
If your items are organic or natural personal care products or nutritional health supplements sold by the each, go to become-wellness-supplier.
Please send one unit of each item in Canadian packaging to the address below. If Canadian packaging is not yet ready, please send one unit of each item with proofs/images of your Canadian UPC codes.
If your product is chosen for review you will be sent a New Brand Listing Form which we will ask you to fill out and return to us. Our Grocery Procurement Team meets bi-weekly to review new items. As the information you provide on our forms is integral to the review process, incomplete forms cannot be accepted.

If your product is successfully reviewed, we will send you our Supplier Policies + Guidelines and begin the process of planning for the new product launch. Chosen products are launched within 6 to 8 weeks of final review.
ONFC Grocery + Wellness is a wholesale distributor of organic and natural grocery and personal care products in the dry, chill, frozen, and bulk categories serving natural food stores, grocery chains, independent grocery stores, natural health + supplement stores, buying clubs, restaurants, cafes and specialty retailers across Eastern Canada.
We welcome new product submissions from natural products manufacturers and brokers. Due to the high volume of submissions, we appreciate your patience as we work through the review process. Please allow up to two weeks for our initial response.
